I have been training with Jonathan for almost a year now and I have to say he is brilliant! He has a hugely extensive knowledge of health and nutrition and has helped me massively with my arthritis.
He does tailored workouts to suit your needs and encourages you try and push on when you feel you can't do it. His workouts are varied and fun and his gym is very well equipped and a great place to work out. I cannot thank him enough for putting up with me! VERY highly recommended.

Jonathan has a pragmatic approach and tailors sessions to the needs and capabilities of each client. For me that has meant combining weights, pylometrics, core strength and kick boxing. Each session is different and even after training together for years; Jonathan is still always coming up with new challenges and new exercises to keep me interested.

 

On top of his skills as a PT, Jonathan is also a nice guy. If someone is going to make you do press
ups - it's better if it is someone you can have a decent conversation with!
